1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Oobie platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Oobie provides a technology platform to facilitate direct cash transfer programs operated by various non-profit organizations ("Program Operators"). Our services include, but are not limited to, recipient management, payment processing, and communication tools.

3. Eligibility

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
3.2. Your eligibility for any specific direct cash transfer program is determined solely by the Program Operator and not by Oobie.

4. User Accounts

4.1. You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
5.2. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
5.3. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Communication Services

6.1. The Platform may include SMS communication services. By using these services, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your direct cash transfer program.
6.2. You may opt-out of SMS communications, but doing so may affect your ability to participate in the program.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oobie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7.2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Oobie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oobie and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
